Your own client app, workout builder, AI form coach, and smartwatch companion. Built around your training style, not someone else's template. Fixed price, founder-led, live in 30 to 90 days. Try the prototype first. If you don't approve it, full refund and we walk away.
We're not the right call for a PT just starting out. We're the right call when the platform you're on is now costing you more than custom would.
Calendar ceiling
Your week is sessions. Adding clients means working more.
Every new client is a slot on your calendar, a check-in, a programme tweak. Your business scales with your hours, not with your method. Software that runs the programme would change that maths.
Outgrown the platform menu
Trainerize, TrueCoach, MyPTHub have hit their ceiling.
You're paying a monthly fee for software with someone else's branding, someone else's UX, and someone else's roadmap. Every client opens an app with another business name on it. Every new feature has to wait for the platform team.
Proven programmes, ready to productise
You know what works. You can't deliver it without you.
Your programmes get results. They're documented enough to hand off. What you don't have yet is software that runs them at the gym, in the kitchen, and on the wrist, while clients still feel like you're with them.
The wrist-first wedge
The workout lives on your client's wrist
Every PT platform has the same shape. Web for you, mobile for your client. The phone comes out of the pocket between sets. Logged. Back in. Repeat for 12 weeks. The watch companions that exist today are notification shells, not the primary in-workout interface.
A bespoke watch build flips that. The session lives on the wrist. Your branding, your programme, your form cues, your rest timer, your HR targets. One-handed for the whole session. The phone stays in the locker.
Sets, reps, timers
Log the set with a tap. Rest timer starts automatic. Next set queued, with weight, reps, and form cue ready.
HR zones live
Target zones for the block (warm-up, working, conditioning). The watch nudges if the client drifts above or below.
Your name on the wrist
Native Apple Watch and Wear OS. Your branding, your colours, your screens. Every workout, your business is the wrist they look at.
What we build
What's actually inside a custom PT platform
Six core components. Mix and match by tier. Every one of them is built around your training style, not a template's.
Client app
Branded native client app
Your name on the App Store and Play Store. Your colours, your screens, your training style. Push notifications for check-ins, content, and rest-day reminders.
Workout builder
Workout builder + exercise library
Build programmes drag-and-drop. Your own exercise library with your demo videos and form cues. Reusable blocks, periodisation, deload weeks, the whole shape of how you actually programme.
Smartwatch
Native Apple Watch + Wear OS companion
The workout lives on the wrist. Sets, reps, rest timers, HR zones, set logging, form cue prompts. One-handed for the whole session. Your branding on every screen. Optional on Core, included on Pro.
AI form coach
AI form coaching + workout adaptation
An AI agent that reads the client's logged sets and reps, flags form issues, and adapts the next session. Sick day, missed week, joint flare-up? The plan adjusts so the client never falls off.
Progress tracking
Photos, measurements, PRs, adherence
Track the things you actually sell on: progress photos with consistent lighting prompts, measurements, PRs, adherence by week, sleep, energy ratings. Not just workout completion counts.
Payments & bookings
Stripe direct, your own booking flow
Stripe direct (no platform tax) for one-off programmes, monthly memberships, packages. Booking flow on your domain, your branding, your rules. PT session reservations and 1-to-1 video built in.
Pricing
Fixed prices. Public. Honest.
Four tiers, four prices, four launch dates. You know what you're paying before the first call ends. No proposal PDFs, no "depends on scope" answers, no surprise change-request invoices three months in.
PT Lite
£7,500
£15,000
Save £7,500 · Founding cohort
Fixed price. Live in 30 days.
Web client portal for PTs selling programmes online.
These are founding-cohort prices, limited to 4 builds per quarter. After the cohort closes, prices rise to match the agency benchmark (£40,000+ for the same scope, often more with native watch work). Running costs after launch: £150 to £400 a month (hosting, AI inference, Stripe, App Store fees). Optional retainer for ongoing build work from £1,500 a month.
Why cheaper, not worse
Why we cost half what an agency would
The honest version. Four reasons. None of them are "we cut corners."
Reason 01
Founding-cohort pricing.
We're opening this vertical. The first cohort of PTs gets discounted build pricing in exchange for case study rights when the results land. Limited to 2 builds per quarter, across both verticals. After the cohort closes, prices rise to match the agency benchmark.
Reason 02
No PM layer, no account managers.
The person scoping your build is the person writing the code. No 30% margin going to a project manager who emails you summaries of what your engineer said.
Reason 03
Founder-led and AI-augmented.
A 2-person team using modern AI tools ships what used to need 8. That speed difference goes into your price, not our profit margin.
Reason 04
No discovery theatre.
Most agencies run a 4 to 6 week paid 'discovery phase' to learn your business. We do that free in the audit call. You don't pay us to learn how PT works.
Free tool
See where the gym floor caps your income
Plug in your session rate, sessions a week, costs, and tax. The PT calendar ceiling calculator shows your income ceiling and three ways to grow past it, including your own branded app. Already on Trainerize? Try the prototype. Money back if you don't like it.
Full refund
Don't approve the prototype? Money back
When the prototype is ready (inside 60 days), you evaluate it. If you don't approve it for any reason, we refund 100% of what you've paid and walk away. No fight, no recovery clauses.
50 / 50
Half upfront, half after approval
Your first payment covers the prototype phase. The second is only due once you've seen the prototype and approved the full build. No paying £20k upfront for software you haven't seen.
30 to 90 days
Post-launch support included
Every tier includes free post-launch support (30 days on Lite, 60 on Core and Pro, 90 on Custom). You're not paying extra to fix anything we missed.
Process
How we go from audit to live software
Four steps. No discovery theatre, no status calls, no surprise invoices. You see working software every week and own all of it at the end.
01
Audit
Free audit call
60 minutes. We map your training style, your current stack (Trainerize, sheets, WhatsApp, whatever), where the bottlenecks are, and which tier fits. Not a sales call. You walk away with a written read whether we work together or not.
02
Scope
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date
We write the spec, agree the tier and the launch date in writing, and you pay 50% to start the prototype phase. No surprise change requests, no scope creep invoices.
03
Build
Weekly demos, not weekly meetings
You see a working version every week, including the watch piece if you're on Pro. Real software, not slides. You give feedback in writing, we ship the next round. No status calls eating your day.
04
Ship
Launch and hand-off
We ship to your domain, your App Store and Play Store accounts, your infrastructure. You own everything. 30 to 90 days post-launch support is included to fix anything we missed.

Trainerize, TrueCoach, MyPTHub vs Yekta
The honest read. Off-the-shelf platforms win on day-one speed and zero upfront cost. A custom build wins on branding, the watch experience, AI, ownership, and what your business looks like 3 years in.

Why we're cohort-pricing this vertical
We've shipped coaching engines. PT is next.
Our team has built and shipped custom platforms for the coaching space. PT is the next vertical we're opening, and we're discounting the first cohort of builds in exchange for case study rights when results land. Same team, same code quality, same risk reversal. Same playbook, new sport.
Founderise
Coaching vertical
From off-the-shelf stack to a self-serve coaching engine
Founderise was running on the off-the-shelf coaching stack everyone starts on. Calls eating the calendar, manual onboarding for every client, a course platform for content, a community tool for chat, a spreadsheet for tracking. We rebuilt the business as a single platform with automated onboarding, AI-driven delivery, and accountability baked into every step. Same engineering playbook is what comes to the PT vertical.
How is this cheaper than a typical software agency?
Three reasons. One, we're opening this vertical and the first cohort of PTs gets founding-client pricing in exchange for case study rights when results land. Limited to 2 builds per quarter, across both verticals, then prices rise to standard agency rates (£40,000 to £100,000 for the same scope, especially when smartwatch work is included). Two, we're founder-led with no PM layer or account managers, which cuts roughly 30% of the cost a traditional agency adds in admin. Three, we use modern AI tools to ship faster as a 2-person team, and we pass the productivity gain through to your price rather than keep it as margin.
Does cheaper mean worse? What's the catch?
There isn't one, but there's a tradeoff: scope. The fixed prices assume your training methodology is documented and the spec is clean by the time we start. If you want a six-week paid discovery phase, you're paying for someone to learn your business. We do that free in the audit call instead. If your build is genuinely bespoke (gym-chain rollout, multi-trainer white-label, nutrition tracking with macro planning), you move to the PT Custom tier and we scope it together. Inside the standard tiers, you get the same code quality, same ownership, same post-launch support as any senior agency would ship, at founding-cohort pricing until the cohort closes.
What does each tier actually include?
PT Lite (£7,500) is a branded web client portal with programme delivery, an exercise library you control, and payments via Stripe direct. For PTs selling programmes online rather than tracking in-gym work. PT Core (£14,500) adds the part most PTs actually need: a native client app (iOS + Android), workout builder, AI form coaching agent, and progress tracking (photos, measurements, PRs, adherence). PT Pro (£21,500) is the differentiator: everything in Core plus a native Apple Watch and Wear OS companion so the workout lives on your client's wrist (sets, reps, rest timers, HR zones, set logging, all one-handed). PT Custom (from £28,000) is for builds that fall outside those three: multi-trainer studios, gym chains, nutrition modules, deep third-party integrations.
What's the risk reversal?
Three things. First, you pay 50% to start the prototype phase, not 100% upfront. Second, when the prototype is ready (inside 60 days), you evaluate it. If you don't approve it for any reason, we refund 100% of what you've paid and walk away. No fight, no recovery clauses. The second 50% is only due once you approve the full build. Third, every tier includes free post-launch support (30 days on Lite, 60 on Core and Pro, 90 on Custom), so you're not paying extra to fix anything we missed.
Why a smartwatch app? Don't Trainerize and TrueCoach already have one?
They have notification-style watch companions: glance at the next set, tick it off, fall back to the phone for anything more. They were not designed as the primary in-workout interface. A bespoke watch build can be: branded as yours, drive the workout itself (rest timers, HR zone targets, set/rep logging, form cue prompts), and work one-handed for the whole session. For PTs whose clients live in the gym, that's the difference between an app on a list and the app on their wrist.
Do I own the platform once it's built?
Yes. Code, brand, infrastructure, client data, App Store and Play Store listings. All yours, end to end. We hand off cleanly if you want to bring it in-house, or stay on as the engineering partner for ongoing changes through a monthly retainer.
What if I'm not technical?
Most of the PTs we work with aren't. You don't need to be. We translate the programmes you already run with clients into a spec, then build it. You get a working platform, App Store listings, and a watch companion without writing a line of code. We train your team to run it day to day.
How long does a build take?
PT Lite is 30 days. PT Core is 8 weeks (the extra time over the coaching equivalent is for the native iOS and Android client apps). PT Pro is 10 to 14 weeks (adds the watch work). PT Custom depends on scope. We commit to the launch date on the kick-off call.
