Your team is a very expensive copy-paste function
Someone re-enters the same data in two systems. Someone chases the same form. Someone writes the same reply for the ninth time this month. It's not hard work, it's just work nobody should be doing.
AI agents handle the repeat work inside software built around how your business already runs. We map what your team repeats, cost it in hours and pounds, and build from there. Live in 30 to 90 days.
The first call is free. Fixed price in writing, working prototype in 60 days, every penny back if you don't approve it.
You pay 50% to start the prototype phase. Inside 60 days you see a working prototype of your system. If you don't approve it for any reason, we refund 100% of what you've paid and walk away. No fight, no recovery clauses. The second 50% is only due once you approve the full build.
Every build runs on one fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. No day rates, no scope-creep invoices, no paid discovery phase, and you risk none of it until the prototype is in front of you. The most you can ever lose is the few weeks it takes to find out: your money comes back in full, and you keep the process map we start with. You are never out of pocket.
Half upfront for the prototype. Half only after you approve.
Time to your prototype. You see real software, not slides.
If the prototype doesn't fit, we refund everything you've paid.
If none of these sound like you, save your budget. AI pays off when you have a process that works and costs too much to run, not while you're still working out what the process is.

Growth costs you a hire every time. Margins stay flat no matter how much revenue climbs, because the delivery cost climbs with it. The model works, it just doesn't compound.
There's a ChatGPT subscription, an automation tool somebody set up and left, and three half-finished pilots. None of it touches the actual process, because none of it was built around how your business runs.
Delivery used to run through one person's calendar. We engineered the platform that runs it instead: automated onboarding, AI handling the repetitive half of delivery, and accountability built into every step. It scales without adding headcount, and it's been running in production ever since.
MidShift needed to go from concept to live platform, fast. We built an AI-driven career guidance engine that generates personalised roadmaps, skill gap analyses, and concrete career plans. Over 20,000 professionals now use it to plan career transitions and speed up growth with 1:1 mentorship backed by intelligent automation.
Want the full breakdown of what we build for a specific industry?
New clients go from payment to fully set up without anyone on your team touching a form. The system gathers the details, chases whatever is missing, and opens the right accounts on its own.
Agents trained on your process and your wording, not a generic template. They draft the replies, triage the requests, and handle the questions your team answers for the ninth time every month. Around the clock, and they don't call in sick.
You see exactly what the system takes off your payroll: which processes ran, what got chased without a human, and the hours and pounds saved. Reported every month, in numbers you can check.
We audit every manual step in your business, finding the bottlenecks that are holding back your next £1M.
How we rank what goes firstWe engineer your bespoke infrastructure, train your AI models, and wire up the delivery system that runs once you stop touching it.
We launch your new platform, train your team, and ensure your only job left is high-level creative vision.
Two weeks. We map every repeatable process in your business and cost it in hours and pounds, then rank what AI should take over first. You get one working proof of concept on the top item, not a slide about it, plus a costed plan for the rest. The fee comes off your build in full if you go ahead.
We take the process you already run and build the software that runs it for you: client portal, payments, delivery, AI agents handling the repetitive half. Fixed price agreed before we start. You see a working prototype before the second payment is ever due.
Most AI gets built once and quietly rots. We keep yours running: agents retrained as your business changes, new processes added as you find them, and a monthly report on the hours and cost we actually took out. Monthly, with no lock-in.

The work is the same shape wherever we do it: map the repeatable jobs, cost them, hand the boring half to software. If your business runs a process that works and costs too much to run, this is for you.
We find the work your team repeats every week, cost it in hours and pounds, and build the software and AI agents that do it instead.
Coaching and personal training are the two industries we've gone deepest in, with the case studies to show for it. If that's you, see the coach build or the personal trainer build.
Six straight answers on the questions every buyer asks before paying the first 50%.
The day we kick off the prototype phase, which is the day your first 50% payment lands. You get a written start date on the kick-off call. The clock pauses if we're waiting on a decision from you, so you never lose days because we need an answer.
Subjective. That's the point. If you look at the prototype and the working software doesn't feel like what you'd actually use day to day, you say so. No proving fault, no comparing against a spec, no back-and-forth. You say 'not for me,' we refund and walk.
Within 7 working days of you saying no. Money goes back to the same Stripe card or bank account you paid from. The SLA is in the contract in writing.
No. The walk-away is clean both ways: your money goes back, the code stays with us. Nobody ends up with half a product they didn't pay for, and nobody ends up with a write-off they can't reuse on the next build.
Half is due on kick-off and covers the prototype phase. The other half is due only when you approve the prototype and we move into the full build. So if you decide not to go ahead at the prototype review, you've paid 50% and you get 100% of that back. You never owe the second half on a build you didn't approve.
No. No setup fee, no kill fee, no clause that lets us claw back any of the refund. The contract is short and we send it before any payment. Anything billable is already on the pricing page.
60 minutes, free, no pitch. We map how your business actually runs, point at the parts worth handing to AI, and tell you straight whether it's worth building. If AI isn't the answer for you, we'll say so on the call.
